Live Set: Party at the Gravel Pit, 1987

Stream the Show Download the Songs School has started, and so it is time for the first party of the year! Get ready to time travel. Grab your fake ID, or get an older sibling to buy you a case of Stroh's and some peach schnapps.... and since it is 1987 we're going to, you probably shouldn't count on a designated driver... though two reliable rides will be there. Still, it is gonna be fun, and I hope you join! Bon Jovi...

The sound was hard rock, but the layered melodies and harmonics reveal the work of a master craftsman. Scholz’ album credits: Arranger, Artwork, Bass, Clavinet, Composer, Design, Engineer, Guitar, Guitar (Acoustic), Guitar (Bass), Guitar (Electric), Guitar (Rhythm), Keyboards, Liner Notes, Organ, Percussion, Producer, Remastering, Special Effects   Misc.: The Lowrey organ is an electronic organ named after its developer, Frederick C. Lowrey (1871–1955), a Chicago-based indus...
